Oliver is an executive coach, leader, and trusted advisor, who inspires individuals, teams, and organizations to discover their best and highest purpose and partners with them to help guide their journey to achieve their goals.

He has a strong record of success in designing and building effective organizations, developing superior talent, and leading transformational change. Currently he is the principal in The Prince Group a robust executive coaching, leader and organization development, strategic planning, and board governance and development practice. His international work with organizations and senior and “C” level executives spans many industry verticals and includes extensive work in both the for profit and not-for-profit sectors.

Oliver has leveraged his educational background in law and finance into an array of rich and diverse business experiences. He was previously Senior Vice President and Chief Talent Officer at CCC Information Services, a leading publicly traded software and services firm for the insurance industry, where he helped lead an organizational makeover and business turnaround that resulted in a four-fold increase in enterprise value over a five year period. Prior to CCC, he served as a senior executive in a number of industry leading firms, where his roles spanned business operations, change leadership, and human resources. In addition to leader and organization development, his practical experience includes corporate governance, strategy development, acquisitions and divestitures, process redesign and operations management. 

Oliver is an accomplished public speaker. He has spoken extensively on strategy, change leadership and human capital issues and has served as an advisor on people and performance matters to an academic forum sponsored by one of the nation’s leading universities. He is also sought after as a highly skilled meeting facilitator.​

Throughout his career, Oliver has maintained a commitment to education and public service. His civic affiliations have included strategic planning and board leadership roles in a number of service and educational organizations. Most recently, Oliver served as Treasurer of the board of the Black Ensemble Theater Company in Chicago, Illinois — a not-for-profit organization that seeks to improve self-esteem and achievement among young people in under served communities by providing formal theater arts education programs through the Chicago Public Schools. He is also past board Chair of Asheville School, one of the nation’s leading prep schools. On a national level Oliver is a member of the board of the Independent Schools Chairpersons Association (ISCA).
